The paper features a dense structure, smooth surface, highly uniform thickness, and translucency, making it a premium release liner essential for labels, self-adhesive materials, medical adhesive products, and die-cutting applications.
Joypaper provides precise release coating weight control of 0.3–2 g/m². Glassine Release Paper is mainly available in three series:
1. Single-Sided Coated Glassine Release Paper: Suitable for single-sided lamination, automated labels, wound dressings, adhesive patches, and precision die-cutting.
2. Double-Sided Coated Glassine Release Paper: Available with equal or differential release force, suitable for double-sided adhesive tapes, material protection, and special composite processing.
3. Flexographically Printed Glassine Release Paper: Combined with flexographic printing technology to print logos, brand names, specifications, and identification information, providing both release functionality and brand recognition.
