CCK Clay Coated Kraft Release Paper Features: High flatness, excellent heat resistance, and dimensional stability, suitable for high-temperature processing. Available Options: Single-sided / double-sided CCK, flexographic printing, customized release force, and coating conditions. Key Applications: TPU, carbon fiber composites, labels, adhesive tapes, heat-press forming, and industrial adhesive materials.2. PEK PE-Coated Release Paper (Poly Coated Kraft Paper) Features: PE-coated surface with excellent moisture resistance. Single-sided PEK provides curl control, while double-sided PEK offers excellent flatness. Available Options: Single-sided / double-sided PE, water-based flexographic printing, gloss / matte / gloss-matte finishes, and equal or differential release force. Key Applications: Labels, adhesive tapes, large-format graphics, self-adhesive materials, precision die-cutting, adhesive patches, and industrial laminating materials.3. Glassine Release Paper Features: High-density paper with a smooth surface and good translucency, serving as a standard label liner. PET Release Film Features: Polyester film substrate with a flat surface, high transparency, and excellent film strength, suitable for high-precision converting. Available Options: Single-sided / double-sided PET, printed PET, customized release force, various thicknesses, and special surface requirements. Key Applications: Electronic materials, die-cutting, adhesive tapes, protective materials, composites, hot-melt adhesive films, and precision lamination.
