Joypaper is a professional release paper manufacturer in Taiwan, providing single-sided, double-sided coated, and flexographically printed CCK Clay Coated Kraft Release Paper. Release force, dimensions, and converting specifications can be customized according to adhesives, resin systems, and processing temperatures. It is widely used in TPU, hot-melt adhesive films, carbon fiber, adhesive patches and wound dressings, labels, precision die-cutting, and other industrial and medical processes.
CCK (Clay Coated Kraft) uses clay-coated kraft paper as the substrate and is coated with silicone to produce industrial- and medical-grade release liners. The clay coating fills fiber pores and improves surface flatness, uniformity, and coating suitability, with coating weight precisely controlled at 0.3–2 g/m².
Joypaper CCK Clay Coated Kraft Release Paper is available in three main series:
1. Single-Sided Coated CCK Release Paper: Suitable for single-sided lamination, hot-melt adhesive films, adhesive patches, and precision die-cutting.
2. Double-Sided Coated CCK Release Paper: Available with equal or differential release force, suitable for double-sided lamination and composite material processing.
3. Flexographically Printed CCK Release Paper: Logos, specifications, and identification patterns can be printed, combining converting functionality with brand recognition.
The product can be evaluated for heat resistance up to 190°C. A professional paper re-moisturizing process is incorporated during production to precisely control moisture content and effectively prevent paper curling.
