PEK Release Paper (PE Coated Release Paper) uses paper as the substrate, followed by PE coating and silicone release coating. The PE coating effectively fills paper fiber pores, improving surface flatness, thickness consistency, and moisture barrier performance, making it a premium release liner essential for industrial and medical laminating applications.

Joypaper provides precise release coating weight control of 0.15–3 g/m², with release force ranging from 3–2,000 g. It is mainly available in three series:
1. Single-Sided PE Release Paper: Suitable for single-sided lamination, self-adhesive labels, adhesive patches, and precision die-cutting.
2. Double-Sided PE Release Paper: Effectively blocks ambient moisture and can be designed with equal release force or different release force on each side (differential release), suitable for double-sided adhesive tapes and material protection.
3. Flexographically Printed PEK Release Paper | Custom Printed Single- and Double-Sided PE Coated Release Paper: Combined with flexographic printing technology to print logos, specifications, and identification patterns, providing both release functionality and brand recognition.

Multiple Base Papers & Customized Surface Finishes
White kraft paper, yellow kraft paper, brown kraft paper, machine-glazed white kraft paper, woodfree paper, and coated paper are available. Gloss or matte PE-coated finishes can be selected according to converting requirements.

Professional Paper Re-Moisturizing & Curl Control
To address the curling tendency of single-sided PE-coated structures, a professional paper re-moisturizing process is incorporated during production to precisely control paper moisture content and balance tension, significantly improving flatness and web-feeding stability.
