Ultra-low coating weight can be controlled to as low as 0.15 g/m², ensuring uniform silicone coating and stable release force. Our self-developed formulations include flexible formulation systems for industrial-grade release applications and food-grade, high-temperature-resistant release applications.
Professional Paper Rehumidification Management: To address differences across global supply chains, we use professional paper rehumidification testing and environmental control equipment. Cross-Domain Process Integration Capability: Equipped with multiple coating technologies, including five-roll, three-roll, gravure, and flexographic coating, we can provide customized mass-production solutions for different formulation viscosities and thickness requirements, such as heavy-duty kraft paper tape, while ensuring long-term consistency.

Advanced Extrusion Lamination Production Line: In 2023, JOY PAPER introduced extrusion lamination equipment from Sumitomo Heavy Industries, improving coating precision and substrate flatness.
High-Efficiency Release Coating Production Lines: JOY PAPER operates three high-efficiency release coating production lines to support large-scale orders from global customers.
2026 Digital Upgrade: New digital printing equipment strengthens customized services for digital printed stickers and thermal labels, enabling flexible production for small-volume, high-mix orders and rapid sampling.
Scaled Production Base: The factory covers approximately 4,000 ping and is equipped with comprehensive precision testing laboratories to support consistent quality control.
