1. Single-sided PEK + water-based back printing
Single-sided PE coating and release coating with glossy or matte options. A professional re-moisturizing process reduces tension caused by printing and coating in the single-sided structure, keeping the paper exceptionally flat for smooth automated feeding, adhesive coating and die-cutting.
2. Double-sided PEK + water-based printing
Double-sided PE coating provides a two-way moisture barrier and high dimensional stability. It can be combined with glossy/glossy, glossy/matte, double-sided release or differential release structures, with back or surface printing positioned precisely according to peel sequence and viewing direction.

• Joypaper provides precision release-coating capability of 0.15–3 g/m² and release force from 3–2,000 g. Solvent-based, solventless and water-based release systems are available. Release performance can be measured and quality-controlled according to FINAT standards using tesa 7475, Nitto 31 or a specified tape.
