Single-sided PE Coated Release Paper is made by applying PE coating to one side of paper and then silicone release coating on the PE surface.
The PE layer fills paper-fiber pores, improving surface smoothness, thickness consistency and moisture barrier performance, while the uncoated side retains the original fiber structure. Joypaper provides precision release-coating weight control of 0.15–3 g/m², release force from 3–2,000 g and multiple surface/coating options:

Glossy and Matte PE finishes
Glossy PE: smooth, dense, high-gloss surface for products requiring excellent surface flatness and adhesive-interface quality.
Matte PE: a low-gloss micro-matte surface that can improve air release, reduce tacky contact feel or meet special appearance requirements.
Professional Re-moisturizing and Curl Control
Because the two sides of a single-sided PE structure have different material stresses, heat extrusion coating, silicone coating and drying can easily cause curl as ambient temperature and humidity change. Joypaper precisely controls internal paper moisture to reduce internal stress and greatly improve liner flatness.

Specification

• Multiple base papers and release systems: available substrates include white kraft, yellow kraft, natural kraft, MG white kraft, woodfree paper and coated paper. Solvent-based, solventless or water-based release systems can be selected according to the specified adhesive. Release performance can be measured according to FINAT test standards using tesa 7475, Nitto 31 or a specified tape so product specifications closely match the actual process.
