Joypaper offers double-sided coated glassine release paper for TPU film lamination, hot-melt adhesive films, double-sided tapes, self-adhesive transfer materials and precision die-cutting.
Made from high-density supercalendered glassine base paper with precision silicone release coating on both sides, it provides high two-sided smoothness, good transparency, heat-press resistance, tensile strength and dimensional stability. Both sides can have equal release force or customized differential release according to the product structure and peel sequence.
Joypaper supports solventless, solvent-based and water-based release systems and can tailor the paper to the customer’s adhesive, processing temperature, lamination conditions and peel requirements for downstream coating, laminating, die-cutting and rewinding. Precision double-sided release coating Both sides of the glassine base paper are silicone release coated, providing two-sided separation and anti-stick protection for continuous processing of double-sided tapes, hot-melt films and self-adhesive transfer materials. 2. Equal or differential release supported Both sides can use the same release force or different peel levels according to the lamination structure and peel sequence. For example, Side A can use light release for initial peeling and bonding, while Side B uses heavier release to keep the adhesive film or layer securely attached during processing. 3. Suitable for TPU films and hot-melt adhesive films Good heat resistance, tensile strength and surface smoothness make it suitable as a process carrier for TPU films, hot-melt films and textile laminates during coating, hot pressing, cooling and peeling. 4. Excellent flatness and rewinding stability High-density supercalendered glassine combined with controlled double-sided coating, drying and winding tension reduces curl risk and supports continuous laminating, slitting and die-cutting. 5. Multiple release systems Solventless, solvent-based and water-based release systems are available according to adhesive type, release force and processing conditions. 6. High density and good transparency The dense, smooth and semi-transparent glassine supports photoelectric sensing, automated registration, laminating and precision die-cutting.
