Branded Back Printing and High-Precision Registration Liner
Joypaper offers flexo printed glassine release paper combining high-density glassine base paper, water-based flexographic printing and precision release coating. Brand logos, company names, product specifications, measurement grids, registration marks and identification graphics can be custom printed on the release liner.
The product supports single- or double-sided release coating. Printing position, release-side structure and peel force can be designed for labels, medical dressings, TPU hot-melt adhesive films and industrial laminating materials. Clear, stable reverse-side printing gives the liner functions for branding, product information, cutting registration and processing instructions.

Single- or double-sided coating can be selected according to product structure. Double-sided products can use equal or differential release according to the actual peel sequence.
Customized 10g–2,000g release force
Release force from 10g to 2,000g can be customized according to adhesive type, coating weight, lamination pressure, dwell time and processing method, covering light through extra-heavy release.
High-density glassine base paper
High-smoothness supercalendered glassine provides dense, uniform paper structure, good tensile strength, semi-transparency and web stability for continuous printing, coating, slitting, die-cutting and automation.
Multiple release systems
Solventless, solvent-based and water-based release systems are available according to printing structure, adhesive and processing conditions.
