Joypaper is a professional release paper manufacturer in Taiwan, offering single-sided, double-sided and flexographically printed CCK (Clay Coated Kraft) release paper. Release force, dimensions and converting specifications can be customized according to adhesive type, resin system and processing temperature. It is widely used in industrial and medical processes including TPU, hot-melt adhesive film, carbon fiber, medical patches and adhesive bandages, labels and precision die-cutting.
CCK (Clay Coated Kraft) uses clay-coated kraft paper as the base material and is silicone coated to create an industrial- and medical-grade release liner. The clay coating fills fiber pores and improves surface smoothness, uniformity and coatability, with coating weight precisely controlled at 0.3–2 g/m².
Joypaper CCK release paper is available in three main series:
1. Single-sided coated CCK release paper: suitable for single-sided lamination, hot-melt adhesive films, medical patches and precision die-cutting.
2. Double-sided coated CCK release paper: available with equal or differential release force for double-sided lamination and composite-material processes.
3. Flexo printed CCK release paper: can be printed with logos, specifications and identification graphics, combining processing functionality with brand recognition.
Heat resistance can be evaluated up to 190°C. A professional re-moisturizing process precisely controls moisture content during production to effectively prevent paper curl.
